The leader spool system (VSS) consists of 3 or 5 cutter rings, a spool holder and a short strap. The cutter rings are equipped with specially made blades (from Solingen). They are made of high-alloy stainless steel with gold-colored titanium nitride coatings and enable a very easy and smooth cut, even with thick and tough lines and even with braided lines. Thanks to the clamping device, the cord ends are always ready to hand. Simply pull the cord out of the clamping device, remove the desired length of cord, place it around the blade, tighten -> Done! The STROFT leader spool system holds 3 or 5 STROFT leader spools (if less than 3 or 5 leader spools are used, they must be filled with empty spools including attached cutter rings). The sets can also be worn on the outside of fishing clothing using the included short strap. A detailed description and further information can be found in the catalog under STROFT leader spool system.
